Long description:

        MotelMAX is a complete Hotel/Motel mangagement system.  It includes
modules for reservations, advance deposits, front desk, accounting, room
inventory, point of sale, guest history, audit trail and general ledger.
Room charges are assigned automatically according to rate tables you enter.
Tracks travel agent commissions and exports data to your favorite
wordprocessor, spreadsheet or database program.  Prints custom reservation
and guest letters.

        It is very easy to use.  All your entries are verified so you
cannot make a mistake.  One key check-in and check-out.  Password protected.
Limit user access to only the areas they need.  Full audit trail for complete
verification of all account totals.  The Standard Version manages up to 50
rooms.  Other versions can manage any number of rooms.
